Cassandra graduated from Brock University in 2009 Ba. Kinesiology. She has been working in the Health, Fitness, and Wellness industry for over 21+ years.
From Aquatics to Physiotherapist Assistant, to Coaching and Personal Training and rehab therapy; Cassandra also has several years of being an elite level competitive athlete (Track & Field, Cross-Country, Rowing, Wrestling, Mountain Biking, and Competitive Obstacle Course Races aka. Tough Mudders and Spartan). Through her years of being an athlete, Cassandra has learnt the hard way as many do, the value of a proper prehabilitation program. Through several injuries she has grown a love and pride for her own mobility, but also to coach and to teach Movement and Mobility to her clients as well as members that she Coaches.
Cassandra currently is a Functional Fitness and CrossFit Coach; as well as personal trainer. She works with members and clients of all Abilities; She has clients with PTSD, MS, as well as Parkinsons, individuals who have acknowledged the need for and to have a functional strength training program to maintain or gain strength, movement, and function to live the life they want. From Sports injuries to pre and post operation, Cassandra has worked with many to build back and retain their quality of life.
Driven by a passion for health and fitness, Kate Reid, is a 2003 Western Physiotherapy graduate, specializes in creating personalized stretching programs that help clients increase their mobility and feel their best.
Through myofascial stretching and joint mobilization, she enhances mobility, restores functional movement and supports recovery, helping clients reach their goals- whether returning to sport or moving with more ease during their daily activities.
